The Vantage Point Endurance Triathlon Camp will be held from May 14-19 (short option May 16-19) in Tulsa Oklahoma, concluding with the Tulsa 70.3 or Olympic triathlon on May 19th. The camp will be run by VPE Coaches Pro-Triathlete Jessica Jones-Meyers and USAT Level II Endurance Coach John Tortorici. This camp will be a heavy volume camp and will include the following:
– Swim Sessions focused on form and open water techniques
– Swim video session with stroke correction
– Bike and bike form
– Run gait review and drills
– Transition clinic
– Tulsa Triathlon

*** Do not sign up for the Sprint as that is on Saturday.

Camp prices are $400 (short) and $600 (long) until April 15, after that prices go up to $450/$650.

Deposit can be made for $200, full amount has to be paid by April 15th to secure lower pricing.  Deposits are non refundable.  Email info@vantagepointendurance.com


Monday Evening (check-in)

Tuesday –

9am – 3 hour bike with 30 min run

** Lunch: seminar

PM – TBD: possible swim or run

Dinner (campers on their own)

Wednesday –

Early long endurance swim followed by easy endurance run on river

** Lunch: seminar

PM: Hard group ride with finish at brewery (if short campers arrive early they can join in on this)

Dinner at brewery (campers on their own)
**Short camp check-in


Early swim with recording for analysis. Warmup with drills and then short race-pace sets for recording

Endurance ride after swim

Lunch: Seminar (nutrition)

PM: Meet for run (4-5ish). Run will be form focused. Coaches looking on to suggest changes in run gait, and drills for athletes to work on.

** Dinner with swim review


AM: Swim focused on stroke correction \ drills

Interval bike ride (2-3 hours)

Lunch: Seminar (Free-Speed… bike setup, transition tips, etc…)

Evening interval run (400s, 800s… focus on form, drills and holding proper paces)

Dinner (campers on their own)


EARLY swim (open water skills) followed by endurance bike

Lunch (campers on their own)

1:30 – 4:30 – Transition Clinic

** Group Dinner (plan for triathlon)
