Coach Jocelyn McCaulley
Coach Jocelyn is a professional triathlete with over 17 years of competitive racing. She ran cross-country and track and field at Brigham Young University and the University of Cincinnati and went on to do a year of elite level half-marathon racing. She raced triathlons for one year as an age group athlete and made the decision with her family to go professional after being the first amateur female in the Ironman World Championships.
Her professional career highlights have been:
- Ironman Mallorca Champion, course record, and run course record
- Ironman New Zealand Champion
- 3 Vichy Champion
- Top ten finish in the Ironman World Championships
She married her best friend and they have a 4-year-old daughter, Emi. They live in the Boise, Idaho area.
Jocelyn has found so much joy and personal growth from her triathlon coaches and loves to help others find the same. She believes that training the body is only one part of the equation when it comes to either finishing or winning an Ironman. The mind is perhaps the most powerful yet underutilized tool and Jocelyn loves helping others unleash their true potential through a combination of physical and mental training.
Jocelyn has learned to balance family, church, work, and triathlon responsibilities.
